Frequently asked questions
How much do your services cost?
We estimate our fees based on the scope of work which varies with every project. This could be a simple stand alone project such as visualising what your house would look like were it rendered, or a package of services for a more involved project. The starting point is always a no obligation meeting to discuss what you’re considering doing and how we might support the project’s success. After which, we’ll provide a clear breakdown of costs.

The services we provide are based on our extensive experience and passion for property and are designed to make the process run more smoothly. In many cases, you’ll find that our involvement will pay for itself from the potential project savings, which could include expensive changes or re-work mid construction, reduced professional fees such as architect's time, more accurate quotes from tradespeople and improved productivity, as they better understand the requirement.

When should I contact you?
A project will benefit from our involvement from the moment you start to consider what your options are, all the way through to the final stages of completion. The sooner we can discuss your ambitions the better, and we'll leave it to you to decide how much you’d like to involve us.
What is your process?
There are multiple ways to reconfigure the space and layout in your home and we can help you decide which will work best for you. Through a process of understanding how you live in your home, exploring multiple layout options drawn to scale and whittling down the best ideas through your feedback, we'll create an outcome that suits you. In addition we will provide impartial advice throughout the process, ideas you may not have thought of and deliver visuals for your consideration, all of which will improve your decision making and can help maximise the value of your home.

Will it mean I don’t need to employ an architect?
If you’re extending your home, a qualified architect will still likely play an important role, especially those requiring planning permission. Your project may also require the services of other professionals such as structural engineers, interior designers etc. In our experience the journey of discovery you go on in order to create visuals of what you’re looking to achieve can reduce some of the professional fees.
If you’re re-inventing your existing space under the rules of permitted development, then the visuals we produce may be enough on their own to progress the project.
